  1. What is the best oil,(closest to a 2:1 ratio of Omega 6 to Omega 3) to use in baking ? I see a lot of Grapeseed used….. ratio doesn’t look good.

    What is the best oil, (other than Coconut and Olive) to saute’ in?
    If I don’t get my Olive Oil to smoking, is it a good choice to use in a saute’ ? thanks!

    Thank you for the omega 3 and 6 food resource. It was just what I was looking for as a guide to having a healthier ratio in my diet. You have a good web site. I read about Dr. Wahl and see you support her beliefs.
