I am a Certified Zone Instructor, and have worked teaching Zone diet principles to hundreds of clients over the last 10 years.  Paleo Seminar and 30 Day Paleo Challenge

The next CrossFit Auckland Paleo Seminar will be held at  on 29th June 6 – 8pm.

And beginning July 1st, CrossFit Auckland are holding a 30 day Paleo Challenge, where you take on a paleo lifestyle seriously for 30 days. You will need to register for this challenge as there will be a points system, (to keep you on track) before and after WODs and prizes at the end for the winners. The 30 day CrossFit Paleo challenge is about much more than weight loss:

This challenge is designed to reward those who stay dedicated to maintaining healthy eating, sleep and exercise habits over the next 30 days or 8 weeks (I am CrossFit). The reason it’s set up this way is to demonstrate how Paleo and CrossFit are a lifestyle choice – not a diet or fad exercise program.

The concept of Paleo is to provide your body with the optimal fuel that it is designed to run on. The purpose of CrossFit is to help build the mental and physical fortitude required to navigate the challenges in life.

It’s primarily about feeling your absolute best, mentally and physically. Looking better naked is just a great side effect.

My job is to give you all the nutritional advice and support you need via phone and email. This is included in the cost of the seminar.

Previous participants have all achieved excellent results when they have taken this challenge on 100% for the 30 days. (Results)

Seminar Cost: $80 includes guide book and unlimited phone and email support for the following 30 days.

Re-fresher: $50 includes unlimited phone and email support for 30 days.

When: Wednesday 29th June, 6 to 8pm.

We will cover how and why paleo foods are better for your body and mind, what to eat, Q&A, plus you get a Paleo guidebook. You will complete a health questionnaire, and take your measurements and weight.

Also included: Unlimited email and phone support.

At 30 days: Recheck your stats to see what has changed.

Grey Lynn Seminar and 30 day challenge.

If you have friends or family who are on the south side of the bridge who would like to participate in a 30 day supported paleo challenge – I am holding a 2 hour seminar at the Grey Lynn Community Centre next Thursday 23rd June from 6.30 – 8.30 pm. This will be followed by 3  x 1 hour weekly follow up sessions.

Structure: Paleo seminar, Thursday 23rd June 6.30 – 8.30 pm; paleo science, eating and lifestyle guidelines

1 hour follow-up Seminars x 3: Thursdays, June 30th, July 7th and 14th 6.30 – 7.30pm, further information, support and questions answered.

You will fill in a before and after health questionnaire so you can see what Paleo eating has done for you.
