    Nice list! Walnuts are scary. I know they appear to be “healthy” in the case of omega 6 swamped diets but I’m avoiding them and all high PUFA nuts except for as a garnish.

    What accounts for the variance in omega 6 for lamb? Is that grass/grain feeding? I’m assuming that awesome New Zealand lamb is on the lower side due to grass feeding.
