1 hard boiled egg
1/2 carrot and 1 celery stick in sticks
Tuna 30 grams
2 tomatoes – chopped. Celery or parsley or other herbs to taste.
1 tsp homemade mayonnaise (or check label that it is made with a good oil like olive oil)
Mix together
1 hard boiled egg
Large spinach salad
1 tsp olive oil dressing
50 grams ham
1/2 apple
